Description:Thai Macaroon Mix
Similar in style to the western macaroon, 'Kanom Ba Bin' represents Thai sweet snack for eating at any time.

Recipe:
1. Empty contents of this packet in a bowl. Add 8 tbsp water (70cc) and 8 tbsp sugar (70g). Mix well.
2. Grease moulds slightly with vegetable oil. Heat a pan. Fill moulds with the mixture. Fry at medium heat until brown. Remove the moulds and fry the other side.
3. Or grease a tray. Fill 3/4 of the tray with the mixture. Bake in oven at 180C for 12-15 minutes or until well done. Let cool, remove from tray and cut into pieces.

Ingredients:Glutinous Rice Flour (47%), Desiccated Coconut (46%), Whole Egg Powder (6%), Artificial Flavour (1%).
