Cooking Instructions:
Place sufficient oil in a pan, and heat to smoking point. Immerse pappadoms one at a time into the oil for 4-5 seconds without turning. Remove and place pappadom onto kitchen roll to absorb any excess oil. For best results use Khanum vegetable cooking oil.

Store in a cool dry place.
