Manora shrimp chips are made with fresh shrimps and blended with spices with no artificial colours and preservatives. Once fried, they are a delicious and crispy snack that can be enjoyed by all on their own or with dips. They are perfect with any Thai dish.

Cooking Directions:
Add a small quantity of crackers to hot fresh vegetable oil (about 220 Degree C). Fry until they are fully puffed up, this takes about 10 seconds. Drain and serve. Allow to cool and store in an air-tight container if not eaten immediately.
