Green Chicken Curry
Dancing Chef Green Curry Paste 1 packet
Chicken Pieces 450g
Vegetables (Eggplant, Long Beans) 100g
Coconut Milk 150g
Water 100g
Kaffir Lime Leaves (optional) 3 pieces

Add Green Curry Paste, water, coconut milk in a pot, bring to boil. Then add in chicken, vegetables and kaffir lime leaves, Simmer until the chicken is cooked. Serve hot.
