Description:Kaeng Par is an extra hot Thai curry. It adds small fresh chillies, spice and pepper for its extra taste. It has a distinct tangy flavour and it is easy to cook.

No Artificial Colour or Flavour. No Preservatives. No MSG. Authentic Thai Cuisine.

Preparation (Serves 5-7):
100g Maesri's Kaeng Par Curry Paste, 500g chicken, 3 tbsp fish sauce, Green eggplant, Carrot or green bean

Cooking Instructions:
1. Put 100g of Maesri's Kaeng Par Curry Paste into 2.5-3 cups of boiling water and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes (for medium hot of the soup, use only 4.5-5 tbsp of Kaeng Par Curry Paste)
2. Add 500g of chicken or your favourite meat and add 3 tbsp of fish sauce then cook until chicken in tender
3. Add 200g of green eggplant and chopped carrot or green bean. Stir until cooked
4. Garnish with basil leaves and fresh chilli. Ready to serve
Ingredients:Garlic (32%), Bird Chilli (24%), Lemongrass (12%), Onion (10%), Salt (8%), Sugar (0.5%), Galangal (6.5%), Citrus Leaves (5%), Spice (2%).
