Tender pieces of chicken in a creamy sauce made from a blend of spices and almonds. This rich, aromatic dish is a gastronomical delight, making it one of the most well-known dishes in Indian cuisine.

Chicken Korma
Dancing Chef Korma Paste 1 packet
Chicken Pieces 350g
Yoghurt 100g
Green Chilli - coarsely chopped 3 pieces
Ginger - grated 2 tbsp
Onion - chopped 1 piece
Water 100g
Toasted Almond Slice and Coriander Spring to garnish

Marinate chicken pieces with Korma Paste. Heat oil in cooking pan, fry ginger, green chilli and onion till fragrant.Add in chicken pieces, stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Add in water, simmer till chicken is cooked. Then stir in yoghurt. When the sauce is piping hot, dish out, garnish with almond and coriander, serve with rice.
