Instruction
1. Stir-fry 50 grams of Red Curry Paste with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Cook over slow heat till aromatic. Add 1 cup (200 grams) thick coconut milk. Simmer till droplets of oil form. Add 200 grams meat and stir-fry till meat is cooked.
2. Add 1½ cups (300 grams) thin coconut milk. Bring to a boil. Add 100 grams eggplants or bamboo shoot cut into bite sized pieces (or preferred vegetable).
3. Season with 1 tablespoon fish sauce. 1 tablespoon sugar, 2 kaffir lime leaves, 1 cut spur chilli and 15 grams sweet basil leaves.

Please seal and refrigerate after opening.

Please store in cool dry place.
