Tom Yum (Serves 4)
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
1 packet (20g) Tom Yum paste, 1 packet (10g) chilli in oil, 1 packet (5g) dry spices are included in this pack
Ingredients:
1 packet (20g) Tom Yum paste, 1 packet (10g) chilli in oil, 1 packet (5g) dry spices, 100g (3.5 oz / 1/4 lb) uncooked seafood (shrimps or prawns, white fish, scallops or mussels), 60g (2 oz) mushrooms, 450 ml (2 cups / 16 fl oz) water
Cooking Instructions:
1. Boil water in a pot or saucepan
2. Pour contents of dry spice packet. Add seafood and mushrooms
3. Add Tom Yum paste and chilli in oil and stir until dissolved
4. Boil until seafood and mushrooms are cooked
5. A dash of fish sauce can be added if desired
6. Serve hot
