Description:Maepranom Yellow Curry Paste

Natural Ingredients
Original authentic taste by Maepranom trade mark since 1959

Directions: Yellow Curry (Serves 4)
1. Fry 150g of Yellow Curry Paste with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on a medium heat. Stir well till aroma is achieved then lower the heat. Stir in gradually 3 cups of coconut milk.
2. Add 450g of chicken or any kind of meat, stir until cooked. Then add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add 2 1/2 cups of diced potatoes, 2 cups of diced carrots, and 2 cups of diced onions. Season with 5 tbsp of palm sugar and 4 tbsp of fish sauce, simmer on a low heat until cooked. Turn off the heat and serve with steamed rice.

Suggestions: Store in a cool dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 60 days.
