STH Traditional Bak Kut Teh Herbs, Spices & Special Sauce contains the finest selected herbs, spices and sauce. It is a unique comination of chinese traditional herbs and delicious traditional-tasting Bak Jut Teh.

Preperation:
1kg of chicken/ meat, 2 sachets STH Bak Kut Teh Herbs and Spices, 1 Sachet STH Bak Kut Teh Sauce, 1 1/2 litre (1500ml) water (6 rice bowl), 2-3 whole garlic.

Cooking Instructions:
Put 1500ml water (6 rice bowls), 2-3 whole garlic and 2 sachets STH Bak Kut Teh Herbs and Spices (do not cut open) to boil.
Add in 1kg chicken/meat, simmer over low heat until cooked (approximate one hour).
Add in 1 sachets STH Bak Kut Teh Sauce (whole pack) and simmer for 10 minutes. Ready to serve.
Ingredients:Herbs & Spices: Angelica Sinensis, Polyconattum, Cinnamon, White Pepper, Codonopis Pilosulae, Glycyrrhiza Uralensis, Ligusticum Wallichi, Caryophylli Slof, Sitri Exocarpium, Star Anise.
Sauce: Soya Sauce, Sugar, Salt, Reverse Osmosis Water.
