Description:Marinade For Korean Barbecue Meat Bulgogi
A Korean recipe commonly found in restaurants over the world, the Bulgogi marinade is perfect for beef or chicken. For an authentic take of this dish, serve with lettuce, garlic and red hot pepper paste.

No Added MSG, Preservatives Or Artificial Colours.

Korean Barbecue Meat (Serves 3):
1 packet Korean Barbecue Meat Marinade
350g sliced beef
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sesame seed, sliced green chilli, spring onions or lettuces as garnish

Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinade beef with Marinade and oil in a large boil. Cover and leave for at least 1 hour
2. To pan-fry: Heat frying pan on high heat. Add marinated beef, stir fry for 4 minutes or until the beef is cooked
For charcoal/electric grill: Place beef on the grill and cook over high heat

Cooking Tip: To slice meat thinly, freeze meat until semi-frozen and slice with a sharp knife. Chicken or lamb may be used instead of beef.

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
