Description:TYM Mapo Tofu Sauce

Serving Instructions:
1. Cut 500g of beancurd into 2 cm cubes, put it in boiling water and cook for one minute
2. Heat 75g of rapeseed oil, add 45.4g sauce, mix well and fry, then add salt, ginger, onion, water and beancurd cubes. Cook gently for 3 minutes, sprinkle some wet starch, then serve
