Description:No Colourings, MSG Or Preservatives Added

Pad Thai Noodles
Cooking Instructions:
1. Add 3 tablespoons vegetable oil to heated wok or pan. Stir-fry 100g each of tail-on peeled shrimps and cube yellow bean curd for 1 minute on high heat
2. Scramble 1 egg, stir for a while. Add 6 tablespoons of Pad Thai Paste together with 200g fresh rice noodles (preferably Chand noodles). If the dish looks too dry, sprinkle small amount of water. Stir-fry until done
3. Add 100g beansprouts and chives, cut into 2 inches length. Stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot. (If fresh noodles are not available, use dried noodles instead by soaking 120g dried noodles in hot water for 10 minutes and drain).

Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
