Description:Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce
No Added Preservatives and Flavour Enhancers

Sweet & Sour Pork
Cut 150g pork loin into small pieces. Mix with ½ tsp and 1 tsp sugar. Coat the pork with beaten egg and a pinch of corn starch. Deep fry until golden brown. Stir-fry a green and red pepper (deseeded & chopped) and ½ small pineapple (cut into pieces). Add 6 tbsps Amoy Sweet & Sour Sauce and the deep-fried pork loin, stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes. Allow to simmer for another 2 minutes and serve. Ensure fully cooked before serving.

Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated after use.
