Description:Marinade For Vietnamese Barbecue Meat Goi Bo (Mild)
Grilled meat marinated with lemongrass and fish sauce is a traditional favourite in Vietnam. This dish is usually served with salads and Asian vermicelli.

No Added MSG, Preservatives Or Artificial Colours. Gluten Free.

Vietnamese Barbecue Meat (Serves 4):
Ingredients:
1 packet Vietnamese Barbecue Meat Marinade
450g (1 lb) sirloin beef, chicken or lamb steak
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
Lettuces, mint leaves, basil leaves or cherry tomatoes as garnish

Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate meat with Marinade and oil. Cover and leave for at least 2 hours
2. To charcoal/electric grill: Grill for 20 minutes or until cooked. Baste at least twice with remaining marinade. Turn occasionally
To fry: Pan-fry on medium heat until golden brown

Cooking Tips:
a. Seafood (calamari, prawns or fish fillet) may be used instead of meat
b. You may use 2 (450g) whole piece of meat with thickness of 1 1/2 cm (3/4") and charcoal or electric grill the meat until cooked. Cut into strips and mix with the Marinade, 2 tbsp lime or lemon juice and 3 thinly sliced shallots. Chill and serve cold with rice vermicelli

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
Ingredients:Soybean Oil, Shallots, Lemongrass (13%), Fresh Red Chilli, Lime Juice, Sugar, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar) (7%), Salt, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Peel, Garlic.
