This tangy vibrant sweet Lemon Sauce is pre-mixed for you to replicate the popular restaurant Lemon Chicken dish at the comfort of your home.
Also goes well with other meats, vegetables and fish. Great as a dipping sauce for finger food.

Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry Sauce
Preparation: 10 Minutes
Cooking: 15 Minutes
Serves: 2 servings

Just add:
150g chicken filet (flattened)
4 Tbsp self-raising flour
1 Tbsp beaten egg
1 pack Lemon Chicken Stir-fry Sauce 80g
250ml cooking oil for deep-fry

1. Mix chicken with beaten egg, coat with self-raising flour then deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown.
2. Take out and drained. Cut into bite sized slices.
3. Warm up the sauce then pour on top of the chicken then serve.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
Ingredients:Water, Sugar, Sweetened Lemon Juice (Sugar, Lemon Juice (30%), Water) (12%), Dried Glucose Syrup, Salted Plums (Plums, Salt), Modified Corn Starch, Rice Vinegar, Salt, Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Sodium Citrates), Flavouring, Stabilisers (Xanthan Gum (Soybeans, Wheat)), Turmeric Powder.
