Ready made in a wide range of flavours, Lee Kum Kee Menu-oriented Sauces bring you delicious dishes and save you time in the kitchen. This sauce has an appetising flavour for preparing Sweet and Sour Pork/Spare Ribs, the favourite Cantonese-style Chinese dish.

Sweet & Sour Pork / Spare Ribs (Serves 4):
150g/5 oz pork fillet / spare ribs (cut into pieces), 1/2 red bell pepper (cut into pieces), 2 slices canned pineapple (drained & cut into pieces), some corn starch, 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet and Sour Pork / Spare Ribs (80g/2.8 oz)
1. Mix pork fillet with marinade (1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg)
2. Dust pork fillet with corn starch and deep-fry in hot oil until golden yellow and done. Drain
3. Saute red bell pepper and pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet And Sour Pork / Spare Ribs and heat through. Add pork fillet and stir well

Also good for chicken fillet, prawn, fish fillet.
