Seasoning For Boiled Fish (秦媽水煮魚)

Description:Qin Ma hot-boiled fish seasoning, with a traditional formula, combining with modern technological process, strictly produces it according to the requirements of HACCP system. It has delicious taste with no spicy dry, both peppery and strongly aromatic, aftertaste long etc. It is needed for home feasts, gift for friends or nice share with family relatives, also it is the finest sauce required by restaurants.

1. Slice about 0.8-1kg of fresh fish, mix well with salt, MSG and cooking wine, and then put for 10 minutes.
2. Pour 100-150g of vegetable oil into a pot and heat till 100C, add shallot and the seasoning, fry with slow fire, pour some fresh soup or water, after boiling add the fish slice and cook till almost done, then it is ready to serve. (Add it according to personal preferences).
