Description:Dancing Chef Sweet & Sour Sauce
One of the most famous Chinese sauces is presented by Dancing Chef with the perfect balance of flavours in the traditional style and is perfect for meat and seafood dishes.

No added MSG. No added preservatives and artificial colouring.

Sweet & Sour Chicken
Dancing Chef Sweet & Sour Sauce 1 packet
Chicken (diced) 250g
Soy Sauce 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Onion (sliced) 1 bulb
Cucumber, Tomato, Pineapple 100g
Water 100g

Batter: Mix 3 tbsp plain flour with 6 tablespoon of water.

Season meat with soy sauce, sugar and corn flour. Marinate for 10 minutes. Dip in batter and deep fry till golden brown. Heat cooking oil in wok, fry onion till soft, add in cucumber tomato, pineapple, deep-fried meat, Sweet & Sour Sauce and water, mix well in high heat. Serve with rice.
