Start Your Japanese Adventure
To make sushi seasoning, cook 250g sushi rice and simply mix the seasoning into cooled rice:
3 tbsp or rice vinegar
2 tbsp or sugar
1 tsp of salt

Use 1½ tbsp sugar and ¾ tsp salt for a lighter taste.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
