Vinegar Mixture for Sushi:
4 Servings
Rice 130ml x 3 cups (cooked rice about 950g)
Vinegar 60ml
Sugar 45g
Salt 10g

Refrigerate after opening
Exposure to air after opening may cause suspended matter or deterioration in taste
Any russet-coloured deposit occurs naturally and in no way affects quality
Drinking this vinegar straight may cause irritation of the throat or stormach. Dilute with water (at least 1:4). If you feel unpleasant, please refrain from drinking.
