Brewed with rice using traditional solid fermentation techniques, our Rice Vinegar has a distinctive lustrous amber colour, aromatic rice fragrance and well-balanced flavour. The sourness is soft and long tasting. It is great for preparing Cantonese barbecue such as roast duck and crispy pork. Also ideal for pickling, sauce mix and seasoning.

Natural sedimentation may occur, shake well before use.
Refrigerate after opening.
