Description:Lion Brand Chow Mein Noodles (Thin)

Cooking Directions:
1. Soak in boiling water until cake is loosened.
2. Rinse in cold water.
3. Drain off water.
4. Noodles are now ready to use for either soup or frying.

Fried Noodles:
Fry thinly sliced meat in a little oil until almost cooked. Add chopped vegetables and fry for a few minutes more. Add noodles to meat and vegetables, season and add soya sauce. Cook until noodles are soft and serve.

Chicken Noodle Soup:
Place noodles in rapidly boiling chicken stock. Boil unitl noodles are soft. Add thinly sliced cooked chicken, chopped spring onions, salt, pepper, sugar and soya sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
