Cream Flavoured Noodles

Cooking Instructions (For 2 persons):
1. Put 200g of noodles into boiling water. Spread the noodles into fan shape to avoid sticking together.
2. Bring the water back to boil. To keep the texture, pour one small bowl of cold water (varies with the thickness of noodle) during cooking.
3. Cook for a further 4-6 minutes, add in meat or vegetable of your choice. Ready to serve (for better texture, drain the cooked noodle under cold water).
