Korean Udon Noodles (Ready Cooked) (新鮮烏冬)

Description:Cooking Instruction:
1. Udon Noodle Soup:
Boil adequate amount of water, add seasonings, then put udon in the boiling water until cooked, put in meat and vegetable for better flaour. Boiling it for about 3 minutes for serving.
2. Fried Udon Noodles:
Remove noodles from packet and palce in a bowl, cover with boiling water and soak for one to two minutes. Gently separate noodles then drain. Noodles are now ready to stir-fry. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok, add meat, vegetables and seasoning and stir-fry until cooked. Reduce to medium heat, add prepared noodles. Season with soy sauce or oyster sauce and stir well before serving.
Ingredients:Wheat Flour, Water, Starch, Salt, Gluten, Thickener: E1420, E412.
