Description:Hong Brand Sai Yun Fine Noodles

Cooking Instructions: Place noodles in a saucepan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Once the noodles are soft and loosened, drain and rinse in cold water, The noodles are now ready for use.

For Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened use immediately.

Ingredients:Wheat Flour (Wheat) (68.68%), Water, Salted Egg White Powder (Fresh Egg, Edible Salt) (3.3%), Whole Egg Powder (Egg) (0.82%), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Carbonate, Potassium Carbonate), Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum).
