Description:Cooking Instructions:
Place the rice vermicelli into cool or warm water for 2 minutes. Drain and use in your salad or spring roll.

Recipe (Serves 4):
500g prawns, fried chicken or beef
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
200g WAI WAI rice vemicelli, 0.5mm
4 celery sprigs
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup fried onions
1/2 cup mint leaves
200g bean sprouts
30 ml lime juice
100 ml fish sauce
1. Soak rice vermicelli in hot water for 2 minutes then drain.
2. Fry prawns with a little oil until cooked. Let cool down and slice.
3. Dissolve brown sugar in lime juice over low heat. Remove pan from heat, add fish sauce and let it cool down.
4. Add prawns, celery, mint leaves and bean sprouts to the lime juice.
5. Place rice vermicelli on a plate and top with sauce. Garnish with peanuts and fried onions.
