Description:Also known as rice stick, these rice noodles are versatile and can be made into noodle soup, or stir fried with meat and vegetables for a delicious dish.

Directions or usage:
Put the rice vermicelli into boiling water for 3 minutes then put into cold water for a while and rinse water off. Or put the rice vemicelli stick into normal temperature water for 10 minutes, and rice water off. Then leave it for 12 mintues, now the rice vermicelli is ready for cookign as a soup or stir-fried dish as you like.
