Ingredient:
Amoy Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Amoy Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Amoy White Rice Vinegar 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tsp
Amoy Blended Sesame Oil 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Ginger Root 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Spring Onions 1 tsp

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients.
2. Amoy Chilli Sauce and crushed garlic could be added if a spicier sauce is required.
