Savoury Stir-Fried Pork With Green Beans
Cooking Directions (Serves 5):
1. Heat 4 tbsp cooking oil in a frying pan, put 5 tbsp (100g) of Maesri's Prik Khing curry paste and fry until fragrant
2. Add 500g pork, 1 tbsp water and 6 kaffir lime leaves (shredded), fry the pork until done
3. Add 250g green beans, 2-3 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp fish sauce, stir to mix. When done, scoop up onto serving place. Garnish with minced kaffir lime leaves

Use a dry and clean spoon, seal lid tightly and refrigerate after opening.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
