Description:Made from quality fermented black beans with naturally brewed soya sauce, this slightly thick, dark brown sauce imparts a sweet, savoury and smoky flavour to noodles, stir-fries and marinades.

No MSG

Suggestion: Add 2-6 tablespoons of sauce during stir-frying.
Ingredients:Water, Sugar, Fermented Black Beans (6%), Fermented Soy Beans (Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Salt, Thickener (Modified Starch E1422), Soy Sauce (Water, Soya Beans, Salt, Wheat Flour), Colour (Caramel E150c), Wheat Flour, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid E330, Sodium Citrate E331), Spices.
