Description:Tai Hua Sweet & Sour Sauce (Saus Asam Manis)

Sweet & Sour Sauce is an ideal cooking sauce for meats. An authentic Chinese meal in 5 easy steps:
1. Cut 250g of lean meat into bite sizes, marinate meat pieces with 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce, ½ tsp sugar and set aside for 15 mins.
2. Dip meat pieces in one beaten egg, coat with cornflour and deep fry meat pieces until golden brown. Set aside.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan. Add in 50g bite size green bell pepper, 50g bite size red bell pepper, stir fry for 1 to 2 mins.
4. Add fried meat followed by 8 tbsp Tai Hua Sweet & Sour sauce.
5. Stir fry quickly to coat with sauce. Dish out onto plate, garnish with pineapple cubes and serve hot.

Refrigerate after opening.
Ingredients:Sugar, Water, Vinegar, Tomato Puree, Salt, Modified Starch (E1442), Plum, Lemon, Xanthan Gum (E415), Soy Sauce, Food Acid (Citric/E330).
