Sichuan Style Spicy Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce
This fragrant Sichuan style sauce is prepared from selected soybeans, distinctive warming chilli peppers and aromatic spices. It is perfect for making a quick stir-fry with pork, chicken, seafood, aubergine or other vegetables.

Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Serves: 2 servings

Just Add:
2 Tbsp oil
2 medium aubergine, cut into chunks
2 spring onions, trimmers, thinly sliced
80g sachet Spicy Garlic Stir-fry Sauce
1 red chilli, finely chopped (optional)

1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add the chunks of aubergine and stir-fry over medium heat for 5 minutes until tender.
2. Add Spicy Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce, toss together for 2 minutes, add a splash of water if needed.
3. Sprinkle with spring onions and chilli. Serve with rice or noodles.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.

Spicy Garlic Aubergine (Serves 4):
350g about 2 pieces aubergine (cut into strips), 90g minced pork, 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Spicy Garlic Aubergine (80g)
1. Deep-fry egg-plant in hot oil or cook in boiling water. Drain and set aside
2. Stir-fry minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add aubergine and Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Spicy Garlic Aubergine. Mix well until heated through before serving

Also good for seafood, chicken and celery

Store in cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
