Description:Yutaka Japanese Rice Vinegar
Rice vinegar for Japanese cooking
Mellow and flavourful, ideal for making sushi seasoning or as light salad dressings.

Start Your Japanese Adventure
To make sushi seasoning, cook 250g sushi rice and simply mix the seasoning into cooled rice:
3 tbsp or rice vinegar
2 tbsp or sugar
1 tsp of salt

Use 1½ tbsp sugar and ¾ tsp salt for a lighter taste.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
Ingredients:Water, Rice (22%), Salt.
Acidity 4.5%
