Description:Hong Brand Rice Vermicelli (0.8 mm)

Instructions For Use:
1. For soup and hotpot cooking:
- Soak the rice vermicelli in cold water for 3-5 minutes
- Boil for 2-3 minutes, rinse under clean water and then drain off
- Serve with prepared soup
2. For frying:
- Soak in water about 60C (by mixing two portions of hot water and one portion of cold water) for 3-5 minutes, then drain off
- Fry shrimp, meat, vegetable and mix with prepared vermicelli
3. For fresh rice vermicelli:
- Soak in water for 3-5 minutes
- Boil for 3-4 minutes, rinse under clean water for about 5 minutes and drain off. Use as fresh vermicelli

Store in a cool dry place.
