Description:For over 400 years, people throughout Asia have enjoyed the delicious combination of peanuts, chillies and spices that make a satay sauce. Part of the complete range of Ayam Satay Sauces, Hot Satay Sauce combines the rich flavour of peanuts with a hint of chilli for those who prefer their dishes with a little more spice.

No artificial flavouring, preservatives or added Monosodium Glutamate
Great taste, made with Australian peanuts

Serving Suggestions:
Heat gently and use as a serving sauce
Heat (do not boil) and use to spice up grilled chicken, beef, vegetables or fish
For a thinner sauce and extra coconut taste, dilute contents with Ayam coconut milk or cream until desired consistency is reached

Prawn Satay (Serves 4):
Skewers:
1 kg medium uncooked king prawns
1 tbsp Ayam Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Ayam Sweet Chilli Sauce
1 can (250ml) Ayam Satay Sauce Hot
2 avacados, peeled, seeded, chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp mirin
Cooking Instructions:
1. Peel and de-vein prawns, leaving heads and tails intact. Combine fish sauce, sweet chilli sauce and Hot Satay Sauce in a large bowl. Add prawns and toss to coat
2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
3. Pre-heat grill to High and grill prawns for 2 minutes on each side or until just cooked through. Serve with coriander avocado - to make, combine chopped avocado, coriander, lime juice and mirin
