Description:Egg Noodles - Coil in water for 1-2 minutes. Occasionally stir the noodles loose until tender (not overcooked). Drain out water and soak in cool water. Add tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix them well making sure noodles don't stick together. Make any dishes to your own taste.
